Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. We are working on expanding our shipping network to reach more locations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available in select cities)
  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities (orders placed before 12:00 PM)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
  • Standard shipping charges: ₹50 for orders below ₹500
  • Express shipping charges: ₹100 (additional charges may apply)
  • Same day delivery charges: ₹150 (additional charges may apply)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status using our Track Order page or by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges).

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics issues
  • Remote locations

In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos and order details. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be available soon.
