Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy products with short expiry)
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless specified otherwise)
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@nutesty.in or call us at 1800-274-2575 within 7 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refund Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund Amount: Full product price (excluding original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error)
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Size or variant exchange (subject to availability)
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- We may arrange for pickup of the damaged item
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you
- We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item at no cost to you
- You may also opt for a full refund
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet: 2-3 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- If the order has already been shipped, you can return it as per our return policy
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
